The only way to avoid mistakes is to take a non-stretch cotton t-shirt you usually wear, lay it flat on a table, and measure its width (A) and height (B) exactly at the points indicated in the drawing below. In the description of each t-shirt, you will find the exact measurements in centimeters for that model, allowing you to easily choose the most suitable size for you. Please be sure to ALWAYS check the measurements in centimeters of the t-shirt you are interested in, as there can be significant differences between various models even for the same size.
