INSTRUCTIONS FOR USED ITEM PURCHASE

• Wrestlingstore purchases collections of action figures, DVDs, magazines, and merchandise. Used clothing is not purchased, regardless of whether it has been worn or not.

• Under no circumstances will negotiations be initiated for a few items of marginal value or for a total value of less than 50 Euros.

• Wrestlingstore does not provide VALUATIONS; the price must be set by the customer offering the goods, not by us.

• In addition to cash purchases, Wrestlingstore also considers merchandise exchange, taking in used items in exchange for new merchandise sold on its website.

How to proceed:

● The customer must send a detailed list of the merchandise they wish to sell or exchange, or even better, photographs that best illustrate all the products offered, to info@wrestlingstore.it or via WhatsApp to 0458266541.

● The customer must specify the condition of the merchandise. As for DVDs, they must be free of scratches on the disc. In the presence of scratches, even minimal ones, DVDs will not be purchased. As for action figures, it must be specified whether they are loose pieces (without packaging) and, in that case, whether they have only been displayed or played with, or MOC (with packaging) and, in that case, whether the packaging is perfectly intact or has any damage. Regarding DVDs and Blu-Rays, it must be specified that they must be European productions for WWF/WWE or any edition for TNA. For other non-WWE/TNA titles, each case will be evaluated individually.

● If the merchandise has been stored in a SMOKER'S environment, you must inform us before initiating any negotiations. Nicotine damages DVDs and changes the color, smell, and texture of plastic toys.

● The customer must specify their request, in terms of price or merchandise exchange, specifying in the latter case which products they desire. Requests for valuations will not be considered. The initial conditions must be set by the customer. Wrestlingstore will, if necessary, present a counter-proposal at a later time.

● The customer must be available to ship the merchandise or deliver it personally to the premises at Via Venezia, 20 – 37057 San Giovanni Lupatoto (VR).

Wrestlingstore will only make payment or merchandise exchange after receiving, viewing, and verifying that the merchandise matches the description provided. Therefore, to avoid wasting time and money, we kindly ask you to provide TRUTHFUL DESCRIPTIONS and to meticulously check the merchandise you offer us.

Given the numerous requests, please strictly adhere to these rules and await a response from Wrestlingstore.it via email. Used item purchases are handled exclusively via email, so please do not call to ask for valuations or to expedite the conclusion of a deal.
