1. Delivery Times
Wrestlingstore.it ships all direct orders within Italy via express courier (BRT or SDA), with delivery generally within 2–3 working days from the shipping date. For the major islands and southern regions, delivery also takes approximately 2–3 days. For minor islands and the Venice lagoon, delivery times are 3–5 working days.
For the European Union, delivery is handled by DPD, with an average delivery time of 3–5 working days. These timeframes are indicative and may be subject to delays due to adverse weather conditions, rescheduling caused by incomplete addresses, recipient absence, or force majeure events (such as major strikes, bad weather, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, etc.).
Under no circumstances can Wrestlingstore be held responsible for courier delays. Wrestlingstore is only responsible if delays are caused by its own error (e.g., incorrect recipient details).
For Italy, Wrestlingstore uses BRT and SDA couriers; for the EU, DPD and DHL; and for non-EU destinations, DHL or postal services. It is the customer’s responsibility to stay in contact with the courier and request redelivery if the two standard delivery attempts fail. Wrestlingstore will provide assistance in case of shipping issues but is not responsible for delays or service disruptions.
Wrestlingstore reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion if it cannot guarantee adequate delivery service or if delivery costs are excessively high. Orders to free-trade zones will not be accepted.
Preorder/Backorder Products
Preorder/backorder items will be delivered within the estimated timeframe indicated on the product page, unless delayed due to force majeure. If an order includes both in-stock and preorder items, shipment will occur only when all items are available.
The right of withdrawal and order cancellation do not apply to preorder/backorder items, as they are ordered specifically at the customer’s request.
2. Minimum Order
There is currently no minimum order requirement.
3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and vary depending on the order amount. Click here for details.
4. Bank Transfer Payment (Advance Payment)
Customers choosing to pay by bank transfer must complete the payment within 2 working days from the order date. After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled and the items made available for sale again.
5. Postepay Recharge Payment
Customers paying via Postepay recharge must notify Wrestlingstore by phone, email, or WhatsApp once payment has been made, indicating the exact time of the transaction (as shown on the receipt).
Payment must be completed within 2 working days from the order date. After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled and the items returned to sale.
6. Prices / Invoicing
Prices include VAT for Italy and the EU; no additional charges are due upon delivery. For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and VAT will be charged upon delivery (see section 12).
Wrestlingstore is not required to issue fiscal documents with shipped goods. Customers requesting an invoice must do so before or at the time of ordering, providing their tax details. After shipment, invoices cannot be issued.
7. Courier Delivery Service (BRT/SDA/DHL/DPD)
Couriers are not required to provide prior phone notice. Deliveries may also occur on Saturdays in certain areas and periods.
If the recipient is absent, the customer may request a new delivery or arrange pickup at the courier’s depot or at a BRT/DPD Fermopoint or DHL ParcelShop.
Note: If the recipient is absent or due to workload issues, the courier may leave the package at a nearby pickup point (Fermopoint), notifying the recipient via email/SMS.
Note: Delivery instructions such as “leave the package in the garden” or unattended are not accepted. Any such arrangements must be made directly with the courier at the customer’s responsibility.
8. Warranty
Wrestlingstore guarantees a refund or replacement (at its discretion) for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items if reported within 14 calendar days of receipt and if the product has not been used or damaged due to improper use.
If a return is required, Wrestlingstore will provide a prepaid label. Customers must clearly describe the defect.
For toys, minor paint imperfections, slight articulation issues, or packaging damage are not considered defects. A product is considered defective only if it is unfit for its intended purpose or has significant manufacturing flaws.
Refunds or replacements are not provided for functioning audio/video materials returned without a verifiable defect description.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Distance sales are governed by Italian law (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014).
Customers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods by notifying Wrestlingstore via email, phone, or registered mail.
The right applies only to private consumers (not businesses requesting invoices).
Products must be returned in original condition. Partial returns must be clearly specified.
The right of withdrawal is void if the product is used, incomplete, missing packaging, or damaged.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refusing delivery does not count as exercising withdrawal. Return shipping costs (€20) will be deducted in such cases.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to books, unsealed media, worn masks, or custom/preorder items.
10. Return Instructions
Note: Cash-on-delivery or unauthorized shipments will be refused.
11. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If a paid order is canceled, a 5% fee will be deducted to cover transaction costs. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
12. Customs Duties (Non-EU Destinations)
Shipments outside the EU are subject to customs duties and VAT, charged upon delivery. Prices do not include these fees. Refusal to pay duties does not qualify as a return; return costs will be deducted from any refund.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law.
Disputes will fall under:
a) the court of the customer’s residence (if a consumer in Italy), or
b) exclusively the Court of Verona, Italy, in all other cases.
