Shipping & Custom Duties

Wrestlingstore.it ships to European Union countries at a flat rate of € 19,99*

*Remote Locations (identified so by DHL) are subject to additional fees. If the location you are requesting shipment to is a remote area, you will be notified and you will be able to either pay the additional fees or get a complete refund for the entire order.

Shipping to other countries must be quoted. Ordering from outside of the European Union makes the shipment subject to custom duties. Custom duties will be cashed at delivery from your local postal service and must be paid in order to complete the delivery process. In case custom duties are not paid, the shipment will be returned to the sender and we will be charged return costs and custom duties. In the latter case we will not ship back again unless all the previously mentioned costs are fully covered by the customer.

Minimum order

For international orders we only accept orders above € 24,90 plus shipping fees. 
No exceptions.

Payments

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal and Bank Tranfer (all fees covered by the customer). If you are ordering from high-risk countries (Asia, Africa mostly) you will be asked to mail your ID as a way to prevent fraudolent transactions.

Return policy
Any failed or defective items will be replaced or refunded. Any other return will be refunded after all costs have been covered.
